Our scope of work focuses on delivering world-class Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations, ensuring seamless integration with the building’s advanced design and infrastructure.
King Salman Park Site Wide Infrastructure Package
Client name – King Salman Park Foundation
At the King Salman Park Project, Arkan Alrakha Establishment was entrusted with the construction of critical infrastructure spanning an area of 13 square kilometers. Our scope of work included large-scale excavation, precise backfilling, and extensive pipe-laying works to support essential utilities and services for the development.
In addition to groundwork, we executed the operation and maintenance setup, along with the construction of a state-of-the-art control building to ensure efficient monitoring and management of systems. This project reflects our capability in handling massive infrastructure developments with accuracy, reliability, and long-term operational efficiency.
Dar AlHejrah Project

At the Dar Al-Hejrah Project, Arkan Alrakha Establishment undertook the execution of specialized finishing and façade works that play a vital role in shaping the overall architectural identity of the development. Our scope of work covered high-quality gypsum installations, precision cladding, and modern curtain wall systems across both residential and commercial buildings within the project.
These works were carried out with strict attention to detail, ensuring durability, safety, and aesthetic excellence in line with the project’s design vision. By combining technical expertise with advanced installation methods, we contributed to creating structures that are not only functional but also visually striking. Sedra District Phase 1B

At the Sedra District Phase 1B Project, Arkan Alrakha Establishment was responsible for the installation of advanced plumbing systems and the execution of high-quality fit-out works across 88 apartment buildings. Our scope of work covered the complete plumbing infrastructure, ensuring reliable water distribution, efficient drainage networks, and durable piping solutions designed to meet the long-term needs of the residential community.
